The robot has a load of 4kg, repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm，6 axis and arm span of 1410.5mm. The welding joint and arc extinguishing quality is high, the joint fusion is good, and the welding seam is tight. The welding joints are smooth and straight, without strong counterparts. The performance is stable, there is no crack and air hole, and the hardness is high and uniform.
