This elevator bearing shaft welding cell consists of standard welding robot QJRH4-1A(1410.5mm reaching distance) and a single axis gyration welding positioner. This is one kind of cylindrical welding, with the help of the gyration welding positioner this robotic welding cell realized spin welding function. Using a robot for such round fillet welding can be super-efficient than manual welding. This welding cell can be applied to other elevator equipment welding and many other cylindrical weldings.
