Structure Introduction

  • This three axies vertical gyration servo positioner consists of whole welding frame, gyration frame, AC servo motor, RV precise reducer, gyration support part, conductive system protective cover and electrical control system.
  • Whole welding frame is made by high-quality section, the machining was after stress relief annealing so the machining accuracy and the use accuracy are assured. Antirust appearance paint is beautiful and elegant, and the color can be customized.
  • Gyration frame is made by high-quality steel section with professional machining. With standard pitch tapped hole on the surface for installing positioning tooling, and it was painted after black oxidation treatment.
  • The AC servo motor matching the RV reducer can guarantee the high gyration stabilily, high positioning accuracy, the long durability, the low faliure rate.
  • We choose brass as the conductive material, because it has good electrical conductivity. The conduct substrate is integratal isolated, so the servo motor, robot body, welding power source is completely safe.
  • We choose Omron(Japan) PLC to control the positioner, electrical elements are all from famous brand so it has high stabilty, low failure rate.
  • Light shield is made by aluminium section and aluminium-plastic panel, it can cover the arc light when the welding and cutting proceed.
