The QJRH4-1 robots and single axis positioners are adopted in this fitness equipment welding project. During the welding process, the robot and positioner can move coordinately, which saves a lot space, improves a lot efficiency and helps to make the welding seam more smooth, stable and tight. The operation of the robot is very simple, and the robot can realize automatic welding with high efficiency and quality.The robot has a load of 4kg, repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm,6 axis and arm span of 1410.5mm.
