The Qianjiang explosion-proof robot has the function of automatic follow-up, and realizes the same speed online follow-up spraying. The proprietary and unique coating process automatic metering control system makes the paint spraying setting simpler and the spraying more refined. It is uniform and simple adjustment operation can switch the spraying of different specifications of oil tank. It has good flexibility. The introduction of electrostatic rotary cup spraying technology saves a lot of paint and improves the product quality. Taking the frame line as an example, the introduction of electrostatic rotary cup can save 40% of the paint amount. The workpiece can be transported by suspension chain, ground rail chain, turntable and other transportation methods. The robot can be lifted and ground.
