Price difference between ground rail costs

The first point: There are differences in ground rail materials. For example, our company uses 8 mm thick square tubes for welding, while other brands may use 4 mm or 6 mm square tubes for welding, which saves a lot of cost.

Second point: The manufacturing process is different. Normal ground rail manufacturing starts from cutting – welding – annealing (stress relief) – precision processing – spraying – assembly. Other brands may go directly from welding to processing without annealing in the middle to relieve stress.

The third point: Different brands, imported guide rails, racks, sliders, reducers, and other household products are all made in China, and the cost varies greatly.

The picture above shows the annealed rail, while the picture below shows the unannealed rail. The difference between the two is that the annealed rail has an obvious rust-like color.
