Structure Introduction

• This double axes servo positioner consists of whole welding frame, gyration platform, AC servo motor, RV precise reducer, gyration support part, conductive system, protective cover and electrical control system.
• The whole welding frame is made by high-quality section, the machining was after stress relief annealing so the machining accuracy and the use accuracy are assured. Antirust appearance paint is beautiful and elegant, and the color can be customized.
• The gyration platform is made by high-quality section after the machining. With standard pitch tapped hole on the surface and blackening and rust-proof treatment.
• The AC servo motor matching the RV reducer can guarantee the high gyration stability, high positionin accuracy, the long durability, the low failure rate.
• We choose brass as the conductive material, which has good electrical conductivity. The conduct substrate is integratal isolated, so the servo motor, robot body, welding power source is completely safe.
• We choose Omron (Japan) PLC to control the positioner, electrical elements are all from famous brand so it has high stability, low failure rate.
